Sales Terms & Conditions
Physical products
- All sales of new & refurbished items are final. No refunds will be issued.
- Exchanges are permitted only if the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and/or in the same condition as when purchased.
- Items are eligible for returns within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Approved product exchanges will be dependent on stock availability, and will be sent to you at earliest opportunity.
Services
- All sales of services are final. Any disputes must be made within 24 hours of receiving your items from us.
- You are encouraged to inspect and verify all sharpening (and related) services performed, immediately upon receipt of your item(s).
- Service requests may be rejected on grounds of safety and/or potential damage to our equipment.
