Delivery of Products and Services
Sharpening Services
- Do not send your knives to us without prior coordination & agreement!
- Customers are responsible for the safe packaging of knives before dropping them off at Sharpzilla Knife Sharpening for servicing, as well as the collection of their items post servicing.
Physical Products
- We ship our products to the address provided by the Customer at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 2-4 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for products are calculated at checkout and borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated. Any customs, duties, or taxes for international orders are the Customer’s responsibility.
Risk of Loss or Damage
- All products are shipped via third-party couriers. Sharpzilla Knife Sharpening is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier. We recommend Customers select tracked shipping methods for added security.
Delivery Issues
- Customers must report any issues with delivery (e.g., non-delivery, damaged items) within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the shipment. We will work with the courier to resolve issues but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Sharpzilla Knife Sharpening is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer.
